Al-Nassr has reached a formal agreement with Abdullah Al-Hamdan, the forward from Al-Hilal, to join the club in the near future.
Terms and Timing
According to Okaz, the deal covers two and a half seasons plus an extra year, with the official announcement expected once Hamdan's current contract runs its course.
Background on Talks
Earlier reports indicated Al-Hilal had offered renewal terms, including two years at around 10 million SAR per year, but the player asked for 12 million SAR a year; subsequently the club shifted to agreeing to sell the remaining time of his contract, which expires next summer, allowing a January signing path.
About Hamdan
Abdullah Hamdan is capable as a central forward and on the wings. He joined Al-Hilal about five years ago, moving to their ranks in February 2021 from Al-Shabab. Since then, he has played 142 matches for the club, scoring 13 goals and providing 10 assists.
