Rising Star Faces a Dream Move
Linart Karl, Bayern Munich's rising star, has revealed his dream club as Real Madrid, amid standout form with the Bavarian giants this season.
Karl joked when asked whether he had a dream club beyond Bayern Munich, as reported by Sky Germany: 'I hope this stays between us'.
He added: 'Bayern Munich is a massive club, and playing for them is a dream. But at some point, I definitely want to go to Real Madrid. That is my dream club, but let's keep that between us'.
Undoubtedly, those remarks won't win over Bayern fans, even though he stressed that Bayern is 'something very, very special' and that he is enjoying his time there.
Karl, aged 17, has become one of the season's brightest prospects, cementing a place in coach Vincent Kompany's squad. In 22 official appearances he has scored six goals and provided two decisive assists, lifting his market value to new levels.
Karl has been with the historic German champions since 2022 and is under contract through 2028.
Punchline: If he moves, he’ll need a bigger trophy case—and a bigger locker.
