Marwan Attia Status Amid Transfer Speculation

Al Ahly's football department confirmed there are no official or friendly offers to sign Marwan Attia at all.

An Al Ahly source told KOORA that the club has received no offers regarding any first-team players recently.

The source said: Attia is not for sale and won't depart; he reportedly wants to renegotiate the contract for the third time, perhaps prompting talks with his agent about Arab offers.

And the source added: We are sticking with Marwan Attia, and we will not permit his departure. We have a plan for advertising contract soon.

Sources said the player remains with Egypt's national team and will travel to Morocco for Africa Cup of Nations starting December 21; after returning, an ad contract will be studied.

And he concluded that the club intends to support core squad, not part with any of its players.
