No Time for Celebrations: Jordan's Road Gets Tougher after Arab Cup Group Three Win
Al-Salami keeps celebrations on hold after group clincher.

Jordan's Coach Halts Celebrations as They Clinch Group Three

Jordan's coach Jamal Al-Salami said there would be no celebrations after sealing Group Three in the Arab Cup 2025 in Qatar.

Jordan beat Egypt 3-0 in the final round to finish with nine points and confidence.

He told reporters that there is no time for celebrations and that the team will prepare tomorrow morning for the quarterfinal.

Jordan will meet Iraq in the quarterfinal after Iraq finished second in Group Four, a tough draw.

Al-Salami said Jordan played well, exploited chances, and trusted players who had not featured much earlier recently.

He warned tougher rounds lie ahead as Jordan pursues the title in this edition, truly.

Mohammad Abu Zreik "Sharara" said the match was good for the fans and everybody fought hard out there.

Sharara added that Jordan can keep going toward the title and win over the supporters in this challenging tournament.

If celebrations are canceled, the trophy might file a complaint for being deprived of a party.

And if Jordan slips, the calendar will remind us that even football has a schedule.
