Dani Ceballos, Real Madrid's midfielder, was again benched during yesterday's clash with Valencia, a 2-0 La Liga win for the Blancos.

For the third time under coach Alvaro Arbeloa, Isco started ahead of him and Ceballos did not play a single minute.

Cryptic message and running interpretation

Ceballos posted a cryptic message on Instagram saying "Loyalty has become a rare currency."

AS noted that the words open room for interpretation, arriving a day after he had no minutes at Mestalla.

He attached a photo with a white heart and a symbol that seems to express work, set against a lion backdrop.

So far this season, he has played only 785 minutes out of 3150 possible minutes.
