Mahmoud Hassan "Trezigiye," a standout for Al Ahly, has taken sole possession of the CAF Champions League's top-scorer spot.
He struck twice for the Red Devils in a 2-0 victory over Young Africans in the Group Stage clash played on Friday evening at Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
