Dembele’s Agent Takes France to Court: A Legal Shootout Over Agent Fees

Legal Battle Against the French Football Federation
Moussa Sissoko, the agent behind players such as Ousmane Dembélé of Paris Saint‑Germain — who is legally barred from working as an agent in France — has filed a case with the European Court of Human Rights.
Sissoko contends that the French Football Federation illegally blocks him from receiving his fees for his services, according to L'Équipe.
He is a prominent figure in French football. Yet Dembélé's agent, Désiré Doué, and Bradley Parkola cannot practice in France due to lacking the required professional licenses, and thus are not entitled to pay for their work.
Since 2021, Sissoko, who holds licenses to work across Europe, has been seeking to change this situation.
His career has seen many high‑profile Dembele deals, and none of them have been without controversy.
