Amr El-Solia and Mohamed Sherif, Egypt's two-man lineup in the Arab Cup in Qatar, sparked the manager Halim Toulan's rage after the Kuwait match in the opening round of Group C.
Egypt drew with Kuwait 1-1 on Tuesday evening at Lusail Stadium in Doha, Qatar.
Egypt failed to deliver the expected display and missed a penalty by Amr El-Solia in the 37th minute.

The Pharaohs conceded a goal through Fahd Al-Hajri, Kuwaiti, in the 64th minute, while substitute Mohamed Magdy "Afsha" equalized in the 87th minute from a penalty.
Kooora learned from a trusted source that Toulan voiced his displeasure with El-Solia's decision to take the second spot kick, if not for the intervention of team director Ahmed Hassan who urged the captain to follow Toulan's orders and give Afsha the kick.
Sherif further angered Toulan by arguing about his substitution and talking to his coach off the touchline after Toulan's 61st-minute substitution brought Marwan Hamdi on.
