Road to the Final
The Senegal national team squad traveled to Rabat on Friday to continue preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations final against Morocco on Sunday.
It marked the first trip for Sadio Mane’s teammates outside Tangier, where they have been since December 19.
The delegation held Friday prayers in Tangier before heading to Rabat, as they geared up to meet Morocco in the CAN final.
Worshippers lined up to capture photos with the players, with Sadio Mane at the forefront.
Many Senegal supporters also prayed with the team and expressed their backing after leaving the mosque.
Senegal reached the final by defeating Egypt, while Morocco advanced by beating Nigeria.

Punchline 1: If confidence grows as fast as Mane’s dribbles, this final would be over before kickoff.
Punchline 2: If the match goes to penalties, at least the popcorn will be ready for extra time and extra jokes.
