Eden Hazard, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid star, has named Cesc Fabregas for a major assignment in the Premier League.

In quotes carried by Football Italia, Hazard said the time has come for a return to Stamford Bridge for his ex-teammate.

He added: “I am going to be blunt; we talked a bit in the summer. I told him he is one of the best midfielders ever and that he is destined to become one of the best managers too.”

He explained that the time is right for a Chelsea comeback; Fabregas joked, but Hazard genuinely believes in him. Fabregas loves the game and knows Chelsea inside out.
