Quadruple camp in Jordan
The Jordan Football Association announced it will host a four-nation international friendly tournament in the capital Amman in March, featuring the Jordan national team alongside Iran, Nigeria and Costa Rica, as part of the build-up to the 2026 World Cup finals.
According to the schedule, Jordan opens its participation by facing Costa Rica on Friday March 27 at King Abdullah II Stadium, while Iran and Nigeria meet on the same day at Amman International Stadium.
Jordan will play its second match against Nigeria on Tuesday March 31 at Amman International Stadium, while the same round sees Iran and Costa Rica meet at King Abdullah II Stadium to close the tournament.
As part of the final World Cup preparations, the Jordan squad will hold its last camp in May and June, facing Switzerland on May 31 in St. Gallen, before heading to the United States to meet Colombia on June 7 in San Diego, with Portland set as the official training base during the event.
The Namaan team is preparing for its first-ever World Cup appearance, after being drawn into Group 10 alongside Argentina, Algeria and Austria, a challenge that mirrors Jordan's growing ambitions on the world stage.

Punchline 2: And if not, at least we’ll have learned how to spell quad in four languages while cheering for coffee.
