Milan's January Interest in Jesus
Italian reports today suggest AC Milan are weighing a January move for Arsenal's Gabriel Jesus to bolster their attack for the second half of the season.
Milan have struggled for goals this campaign, with forward Santiago Gimenez registering only one strikes in 11 matches.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Milan are considering bringing Jesus to San Siro in the winter window as a top target.
The newspaper adds that the Rossoneri do not want to invest heavily in January unless Gimenez and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are sold.
Jesus is touted as a key January objective, especially after his return from injury.
The report also notes Jesus earns around 3 million euros across the final six months of the season.
Beyond Jesus, Milan are reportedly eyeing Joshua Zirkzee (Manchester United), Niclas Füllkrug (West Ham), and Andrea Pinamonti (Sassuolo) as alternative options.
Jesus seeks more playing time ahead of the 2026 World Cup, a possibility that Arsenal could complicate given the competition for minutes and Viktor Gyökeres in the squad.
Two light snipes to seal it: If Milan signs Jesus, their attack might finally stop blaming the crossbar for everything. And if they miss out, at least they’ll have a winter saga that writes itself faster than their forward line can score.
