Transfer Decision
Al-Qadisiyah has disclosed its final decision on transferring their young player Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat to Al-Hilal during the winter window.
The capital club submitted a request to secure the services of the youngster during the winter window to bolster the right-back position after Joao Cancelo's departure to Barcelona, reportedly.
Thamaniya TV reported that Al-Hilal's bid to sign Abu Al-Shamat was rejected by Qadisiyah's management, so the deal will not go through now.
Context and Reactions
Abu Al-Shamat had said in media interviews that his contract remains with Qadisiyah and that he is focused on delivering top performances with his team, adding: 'I'm happy here with my squad this season'.
