Disciplinary rulings and match fallout
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation punished Khaled Al-Shahrani, president of Damac, for events surrounding his team's match against Al-Ahli in the Roshen Pro League.
The decision followed review of official reports amid controversy surrounding the clash, signaling a firm stance against violations of rules and discipline in domestic competitions.
The committee suspended Al-Shahrani for two matches, citing the referee's report noting abusive conduct toward match officials.
