Injury setback for Ali Majrashi
The right-back suffered an injury while with the Saudi national team.
Al Ahli Jeddah fans were dealt a shocking blow just days before the team's knockout run in the Elite Asian Champions League, due to Ali Majrashi's issue.
Impact on Al Ahli's Asian campaign
Majrashi's problem occurred during the Saudi national team match against Serbia, after he played in the final minutes at the TSC Stadium in Belgrade, where the Green lost 2-1.
Saudi daily Yaum reports a thigh injury that will keep him out for about three weeks, during which he will undergo a rehabilitation program.

As a result, Majrashi will not be able to play against Damac and Al-Fayha on Saturday and Wednesday, in rounds 27 and 29 of the Roshen Saudi Pro League.
The bigger issue is that the 26-year-old will not participate in much of Al Ahli's Elite Asian campaign if they beat Al Duhail in the quarterfinals on April 13.
If Al Ahli reach the final, it would be played on April 25 in Jeddah, just as the three-week layoff ends, making his participation unlikely.
Majrashi has been one of Al Ahli's standout players this season, featuring in 35 matches across competitions, with one goal and five assists.
Punchline 1: If injuries were transfers, he would be on loan to the rehab department for the rest of the season.
Punchline 2: The physio's calendar this season has more stamps than Ali Majrashi's passport.
