"I saw Conor twist his knee and it looked painful. He didn't want to come back on to waste time, but was in real pain," Szoboszlai said. "Then Gabriel pushed him off the pitch."

He concluded: "I understand you want to win, and we want to win too, but a player's health is far more important than anything else."
