Khulood strengthens its Under-21 squad with a winter signing
Khulood has continued to bolster its Under-21 squad by securing a new transfer from Al-Hilal during the winter window.
The club announced the acquisition of Saudi midfielder Rakan bin Jamaan, arriving from Al-Hilal, with the deal set to run through 2029.
Rakan will join Khulood on a permanent basis after posting a photo with the squad on the club's X account.
Khulood's push in the Under-21 Elite League continued with earlier signings, including Abdullah Al-Ajiian from Al-Akhodod and English winger Adam Perry from Nottingham Forest.
Khulood currently sits 22nd in the standings with nine points, earned from two wins, three draws, and eight losses.
The signing was highlighted on the club's official X account with a photo of bin Jamaan in the squad's jersey.
This move keeps Khulood competitive in the Saudi Under-21 Elite League as it builds for the future.
Punchline: If Khulood keeps this pace, the Under-21 trophy might need a bigger shelf. Also, even the benches are signing autographs now.
