Arsenal fall in FA Cup to Southampton
Arsenal were knocked out of the FA Cup in the quarterfinals after a 2-1 defeat to Southampton at St Mary's.
Southampton opened the scoring in the 35th minute through Ross Stewart.
Arsenal were level in the 68th minute when Victor Gyokeres found the net for the Gunners.
Five minutes from the end of regular time, Southampton grabbed the winner through Shea Charles.
Chelsea crush Port Vale in a 7-0 rout
In the same round, Chelsea hammered Port Vale 7-0, stamping their authority on the tie.
Chelsea's goals came from Gouriel Hato, Joao Pedro, and an own goal by Jordan Gabriel (Port Vale), plus Tosin, Andre Santos, Estevao and Garnacho.
Chelsea looked to rebound from a 3-0 league defeat to Everton before the international break.
