Update
An Italian report recently revealed an intriguing clause in Dutchman Denzel Dumfries' contract at Inter Milan.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the release clause stands at 25 million euros and will apply every summer without fail.
Dumfries, sidelined by a recent ankle injury, has used recent weeks to settle non-football matters, most notably changing his agent.
He is no longer under the management of Jorge Mendes, while Ali Brat remains the leading candidate to represent him, with no official confirmation yet.
The 25-million clause could rekindle interest from Europe's biggest clubs, especially since Dumfries starred in the recent Champions League semifinal against Barca, contributing to five of Inter's seven goals over the two legs. Barcelona are keeping a careful eye.
