According to Asharq Al-Awsat, Al-Zabidi is close to moving to Al-Ula, a contender in the First Division's Yelo League, on loan until the end of this season, potentially today.
The newspaper explained that this step aims to give the player more playing time to gain more valuable experience amid fierce forward line competition.
The 22-year-old Al-Zabidi is one of Saudi football's stars, playing on the right wing, known for strength and speed, and he previously featured for Saudi's Olympic team in the Under-23 Asia Cup.
