The Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly says Al Hilal will fight for the league title until the end, amid a fierce title race with Al Nassr and Al Ahli.

Koulibaly helped Al Hilal secure a 4-0 win over Al Najma at Kingdom Arena in the 25th round of the Roshen Pro League.

He told Asharq Al-Awsat after the match: "We achieved an important win, and we wanted to make our fans happy, and we did so by scoring several goals while keeping a clean sheet."

Regarding the title race, he added: "All the teams in the top spots are ready to compete, but we will fight until the end to please our fans and achieve our goals in the league."

Al Hilal sit third with 61 points, one behind leaders Al Ahli, and level on goal difference with second-placed Al Nassr, which hosts Neom today.

Separately, Koulibaly spoke to the Saudi media about his Ramadan Quran reader preferences, saying: "During this period I listen a lot to Abdulrahman Al-Sudais because I like him very much, but I also try to mix it up and listen to Saud Al-Shuraim as well."
