The Saudi media figure Khaled Sheneef, on the Dawrina Ghair show, said: “It’s said Hamdan signed with Al Nassr, specifically with CEO Jose Semedo, but the executive committee rejected the contract.”

He added that the club should execute the contract or seek a mutual agreement to resolve things amicably; otherwise, disputes could escalate to a disciplinary committee and affect future signings.

He warned that if Hamdan files a complaint, we could see a repeat of the Kano case, with the Disputes Committee potentially banning the club from signing players for one or two windows, due to a termination during the protected period.

Finally, if Abdullah Hamdan and Jose Semedo sign, the player would officially become a member of Al Nassr.
