The Egyptian Premier League restarts on 21 January with round 15 matches, and matches involving teams in continental competition may be postponed where applicable.
The schedule also includes the Round 20 clash between Pyramids and Zamalek on 1 March.
Al Ahly will face Ismaily on 11 February at Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
The first round is set to conclude on 11 March.
