An Al Ahly official told Kooora that those rumors are not true.

He added that an Egyptian football agent presented the player to Al Ahly, and the matter was referred to Danish coach Jes Thorup, among several names.

He said the agent reached out to gauge the player's interest, but there has been no official contact yet.

He stressed that Alwan is talented and has shown good form, but no negotiations have begun.

If rumors were goals, this one would be offside.
