Bad Luck Keeps Haunting Al Hilal as Dosari Suffers Fresh Setback in 14 Days

Injury setback strikes Al Hilal's captain ahead of key fixtures
Al Hilal's captain Salem Al-Dosari received a fresh blow to his fitness after shining in the Riyadh derby against Al Nassr, a 3-1 win for the champions in Round 15 of the Roshen Pro League.
Al-Dosari had impressed by scoring the opener from a penalty, and he earned a second spot-kick at the end of the game, but he handed it to Portuguese teammate Robin Neves to keep the attack flowing, helping his side stay on top with 38 points.
The club confirmed on X that he has a hamstring problem and will undergo rehabilitation for about one to ten days before returning to action.
This marks his second injury within 14 days, having missed previous fixtures due to muscle pains in rounds 12 and 13.
As a result, Dosari will miss the Neom match scheduled for Sunday in Round 16, with a possible return against Al Fayha on January 22.
Punchline 1: If injuries were a sport, Dosari would have the fastest turnaround in the league — from pitch to physio to pitch again in record time.
Punchline 2: He is so unlucky that even his hamstring travels first class to the treatment room and back.
