Al-Ittihad Reclaims Firepower as Bergwijn Returns for Al-Fayha Clash

Conceicao breathes relief.
Bergwijn back in contention for Al-Ittihad vs. Al-Fayha
Journalist reports today reveal a tactical plan by Portuguese coach Sergio Conceicao, Al-Ittihad’s manager, to reintegrate one of his key attacking players into the match squad.
Al-Ittihad are set to face Al-Fayha tomorrow, Friday, in the 22nd round of the Roshen Saudi Pro League.
According to the Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadia, Conceicao will name Dutch winger Steven Bergwijn in the squad for the match after his full recovery from injury.
The Dutch winger took part in the most recent team session in full yesterday, which convinced the Portuguese coach to bring him back.
Bergwijn had missed the last six games for Al-Ittihad — five in the Roshen League and one for Asia’s Elite Cup, and now he returns.
Punchline: Bergwijn returns—brace for blockbuster goals and snacks.
Second punchline: If the defense yawns, the crowd won't.
