Flamengo Opens Doors to Vinícius Júnior
Jose Botto, Flamengo's sporting director, teased Vinícius Júnior, Real Madrid's star, ahead of the Brazilian club's meeting with Paris Saint-Germain in the Intercontinental Cup.
Flamengo and PSG are set to face off, this Wednesday evening, in Doha, Qatar, in the Intercontinental Cup final.
Botto opened the door to Vinícius returning to Flamengo, noting the Brazilian club would offer Vinícius what Madrid does.
Botto said, according to the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo: "Players who come to Flamengo are driven by love and passion; there will come a time when they want to return, that's certain."

He concluded: "Moreover, Flamengo provides the same conditions you find at Real Madrid, Benfica, or Juventus, in terms of medical care and training."
Vinícius began his career with Flamengo and stayed with the Brazilian club until 2018, before moving to Real Madrid for 45 million euros.
