Font’s Bold Barça Plan: Stability for Flick as the Presidency Heats Up

Font’s Vision for Flick and the Club
Victor Font, the Barcelona presidential candidate, spoke firmly about his ambitions, focusing on football and his stance on Hansi Flick should he win.
In an interview on Cadena SER, Font said that if they reach the presidency, Flick will receive stability rather than the improvisation currently at work.
Election Dynamics and Structural Changes
Font criticized the current administration: we will not repeat the mistake of losing a player like Iñigo Martínez in the summer, then signing Cancelo later in winter. Hans will love the project we present.
Despite Font's strong promises, incumbent president Joan Laporta remains the favorite to win the March election, with five candidates in the race.
Font also stated to RAK1 that if he becomes club president, Deco will not stay as sporting director, and the new management will build a sporting structure aligned with Flick's needs.
Font added: Deco will not be our sporting director. We’ll create the structure that suits Flick. I won’t name the substitute because it’s under contract, and there will be no people not related to the sporting structure.
Analysts say the election remains open, and Barca fans will watch closely whether this blueprint can translate into immediate results.
