Hamdan Opens His Al-Nassr Account in ACL Victory
The Saudi forward Abdullah Hamdan, the club’s new signing, commented on his first goal for Al-Nassr during the ACL 2 clash with Arkadag of Turkmenistan.
Hamdan's strike gave Al-Nassr a 1-0 win away at Arkadag in the first leg of the AFC Champions League knockout stage.
Speaking after the match, as reported by the Saudi daily Al-Yom, he said this is a good start and they want to keep it up.
He added that he is happy to help his team win and will continue to work like this to achieve more victories in the coming period.
This was Hamdan's second appearance for Al-Nassr, and his first as a starter, after joining the club in the winter transfer window following his contract termination with rivals Al-Hilal.
Humor aside: Sniper punchlines: If goals paid rent, that one moved in. The net owes him a hat-trick.
