Juventus Eyeing Manchester United Striker: January Move in the Works
Juventus linked with Zirkzee as January move rumors swirl.

Transfer Target in Sight

An Italian press report today says Juventus are seeking to sign a Manchester United striker to bolster its attack in the ongoing winter transfer window.

Zirkzee as the Front-runner?

According to Italy's La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Dutchman Joshua Zirkzee emerged as a serious candidate to move to Juventus this month, based on coach Luciano Spalletti's desire to recruit a new striker.

Zirkzee (24) has struggled for regular playing time with Manchester United since arriving from Bologna.

The newspaper noted that the Dutch striker is anxious about not being called up to the Netherlands squad for the 2026 World Cup.

Even though Michael Carrick recently took over Manchester United, it remains unclear whether the striker is in the long-term plans of the new coach.

Juventus had previously tried to sign Zirkzee in the summer of 2024.

Juventus is currently studying the possibility of taking the Manchester United striker on loan with an option to buy.

Punchline: It’s a transfer window, where every striker’s drama comes with a two-month loan and a side of spaghetti.

Punchline 2: And if the deal stalls, Juventus can always hire a backup joke writer—the club already has a history of dramatic headlines.
