Al Hilal of Sudan earned a thrilling 2-2 draw at Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa on Friday, in the third group stage match of the CAF Champions League. Abdelrazak Omar opened the scoring in the 15th minute, but Sundowns responded quickly with a strike by Arthur Sales in the 22nd.
In the second half, Sundowns took the lead again with a 64th-minute tally, before Omar struck again in the 71st to secure the share of the spoils for Al Hilal.

With the draw, Sundowns remain atop Group C on five points, level with Al Hilal on points but ahead on goal difference. The two sides now face a decisive round four to decide the group winner.
In another Group C match, Saint Eloi Lupopo of Congo will host MC Alger tomorrow; both have one point.
