Al Ahly Signs Amr El-Gazar: Red Devils Lock in a Steady Defender and a Busy January Window
Al Ahly confirmed the signing of Amr El-Gazar from Bank Al Ahli on a four-and-a-half-year contract. The deal also includes Ahmed Rida’s loan to Bank Al Ahli until season’s end with a 60 million EGP payment. El-Gazar, 26, has a varied background in Egypt’s lower divisions and recently moved to Al Ahly to bolster the defense. The winter window also saw a number of other roster moves as the club reshapes its squad for local and African commitments.
