Injury Update Ahead of Ittihad vs Al-Hazem
Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri, who joined Ittihad Jeddah, has unsettled fans ahead of the Al-Hazem clash in the Saudi Pro League.
Ittihad will host Al-Hazem tomorrow, Friday, at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium, in the 27th round of the competition.
Saudi outlet Arriyadiya reported that En-Nesyri has only trained individually on Wednesday and did not join the group drills, due to an injury.
That injury kept him out of Monday's friendly with Al-Wehda, before he rejoined team training on Tuesday and trained alone again on Wednesday.
Fans hope En-Nesyri will be fit for the Hazem game, as he is the club's leading striker after arriving in January from Fenerbahce to fill the void left by Karim Benzema's move to Al Hilal.
Since joining, the 28-year-old has appeared in 9 matches for the western club, scoring 4 goals and delivering a single assist.

Punchline 1: If injuries had a target, En-Nesyri would be a master marksman—timing, precision, and a little drama on the side. Boom, right on cue.
Punchline 2: Don’t worry, coach—the hamstring is just practicing social distancing from the ball. It’ll be back in action when your starting XI needs it most.
